Shivani comes with extensive experience in the space of HR Strategy, Talent Management & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Coaching and Training, across the South Asian and European geographies.

Her accreditations include certification from International Coaching Federation, Swiss parents@work network, Powerfulife women leadership coaching and DISC personality assessments. She has trained and coached a diverse range of clients including working parents, IIT professors, students and international clients and has been a speaker at forums such as the Swiss Parents Community, Indian School of Business etc.

On the personal front she is a sustainability & philanthropy enthusiast, blessed mother of two & a defence nomad.
